Understanding the need of virtual labs

A good alternative to build a real lab using the Cisco equipment is the CCNA virtual labs. There is a problem using the physical Cisco equipments. It is very expensive yet it might not have all the features that are required to pass the CCNA exam. In this situation use of simulators are recommended. This is because Cisco has introduced many simulation-type questions so that it could also test one’s capabilities in the real life situation. The best way one can tackle this question is have hands-on practice in the CCNA virtual labs. This would not incur high costs too. These virtual labs also help to remember some actual configuration of the network devices and also would make understanding the difficult CCNA concepts better. These labs are also better as this is the perfect way to get the troubleshooting skills at its best. Similar are the cases of the Microsoft virtual labs. These are Microsoft websites that allow testing server products without having to install anything on our computers. This allows testing in a sandbox environment. The virtual lab allows working with SQL server, Internet security, SMS, Windows server 2003 and other security technologies. In order to use these labs windows 2000 or a later version of the same is required.
